A:  To power our low-voltage Fireflies Sway Lights, one must purchase a separate 12V AC UL listed outdoor landscape lighting transformer/12-volt power supply. There are several available for purchase in the market, please search online or in other retail stores. As a reference, we like to use 4 Watts per firefly unit (low voltage cluster unit) as a baseline for determining the power supply needed.

Connect the 2 Fireflies Sway Lights to the power supply in a fashion to meet your specific requirements.

A: Fireflies Sway Lights have been designed and manufactured to work reliably in most all climates year round and are IP65 waterproof listed. Please use your best judgment when installing your lights outside, consider fully the seasons in your location. Particularly in harsh winter climates, it's recommended that the 'Fireflies' be brought indoors. Common sense in your specific climate will insure your 'Fireflies' last for many years of enjoyment.
